2.1. The Company’s website presents its activity and a thematic blog with posts, offers services in the field of dental medicine, outpatient care and others, gives the opportunity to subscribe to an e-newsletter.
2.2. For the convenience of users, prices for the services provided are listed on the website. The prices indicated on the website may vary depending on the specifics of the particular case.
3. The website may contain links to other sites. The Company is not responsible for the privacy policy of websites that it does not administer, as well as for any information contained therein.
4.1. The Company regularly updates the content and accessibility of the website in order to improve its use. The Company reserves the right to make any changes it deems appropriate to the website and therefore cannot guarantee uninterrupted and timely access without errors to the entire website at any time. VI. Payment by Bank Card via Virtual POS

, respectively “AMBULATORY FOR GROUP PRACTICE FOR PRIMARY DENTAL CARE MEDICARE” Ltd., you may pay using a debit, credit, or business bank card bearing the Visa or MasterCard logo via the virtual POS terminal of our обслужваща банка, which is DSK Bank AD, part of the OTP Group.
9.2 Payment by bank card is carried out by generating a unique payment link for your reservation (service), which we send to you. After receiving the link at your email address, you need to click on it in order to be redirected to the bank’s secure payment page.
9.3 The security of payments is ensured through the security programs of the international card organizations (ICO), namely MasterCard Identity Check and VISA Secure.
9.4 When paying by card via the virtual POS terminal of DSK Bank, you will be required to enter your card number, expiration date, and CVV/CVC code. If your card participates in the security programs of the international card organizations MasterCard Identity Check and VISA Secure, you will also be required to enter a 3-D Secure password.

9.6 Regardless of the currency of your bank account, the transaction will be processed in Bulgarian lev (BGN) according to the current exchange rate of your обслужваща банка. All prices are final and include VAT.
9.7 In cases where a refund is required, whether in full or in part, and the payment was made by card, we will refund the amount by initiating a reversal transaction to the card used for the payment within 10 days.
VII. OTHER CONDITIONS
10.1. If necessary the Company has the right to unilaterally make amendments and/or additions to these General Terms and Conditions. Any amendments and/or additions to these General Terms and Conditions are published on the website www.medicare-varna.com.
10.2. Amendments and/or supplements to these General Terms and Conditions do not affect the relations between the Company and the user, which arose before the respective amendments.
11. The Company is not responsible for material and immaterial damages suffered by the user, damages or lost profits in case of non-compliance with these General Terms and Conditions by the user or due to other reasons beyond the control of the Company.
12. The Company is not responsible for the infringement of the rights of third parties by the actions of the user, including through the use of someone else’s identity data by the user.
